How Can I buy Lamb?

You can order directly through our website by placing your deposit. When the lamb has been restocked, you will be notified and we will connect with you to organize a delivery date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery (Cash or e-transfer).

How do i receive my order?

We offer free delivery within Edmonton and surrounding areas, If you are outside of this area, we may still be able to offer delivery or we will ship via. courier.

How is the lamb processed and packaged?

Our lamb is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir. It is dry-aged for 3–4 days to enhance tenderness and flavor. It is then cut to your custom specifications, vacuum-sealed, frozen, and labelled, ensuring you get exactly what you want, at peak quality.

Do you sell individual cuts?

Yes, however we are often sold out of individual cuts at certain times of the year. We typically re-stock in February. Join our mailing list and follow us on social media for re-stock updates. When available, individual cuts can be purchased through our online store.
